How can I order Fios?
Fios offers several services. Fios Internet, Fios TV and Fios Phone. All the three services run over Fiber Optics. Believe it or not Verizon also offers a Broadband Phone Service just like Vonage and other Internet Phone Companies. It is Called Voicewing. Now most people assume Fios Phone is an Internet phone. It is not. In your house it runs over your current Land Lines. When leaving your house, it transmits over the Fiber Optic cable and not the internet. Voicewing on the other hand runs over the internet meaning it can be used with any Broadband service i.e Cable, DSL, Fios etc.
Fios service is not available in every part of the US yet. Before you decide to place an order for Fios, it may be a good Idea to Find out if fios is available at your house. It is very easy to find out. You just Need your home phone or Your home Address, plug it in here FiOS - Verizon High Speed at its fastest!
Now if it is not available yet, don't despair, you can bookmark our page and keep Checking every few weeks. You can also use the Fiosmap to find out if fios deployment has started in your State.
Check Fios Availability at your House here Verizon FiOS Internet Service.

They are both correct. Fios Internet gives you several packages to choose from depending on your needs. Example 5/2 mbps, 20/5 mbps, 50/5 mbps. The basic package at 5mbps downstream and 2mbps upstream is actually faster than most Cable and DSL packages out there.
You can read more about the speeds here
You can also choose Dynamic or static Ip's depending on your needs. Check the glossary page above for Fios and Technical terms used on this site.

How come you have two different prices here for Fios internet. I see a banner at the Top for $34.95 and another one at the bottom for $49.99?
Which one is the correct one?
