 What 3D movies will be available for home viewing this year? 3D TV Channels? 3D Games?
 
The home video arms of several major motion picture companies have announced plans to begin selling in 2010 3D Blu-ray discs of 3D movies that have recently been in theaters. Mitsubishi does not have knowledge of exact plans by these companies but during the summer and into the fall selling season, more titles should become available.
 
In April of 2010 Comcast, Time Warner and Cox Communications provided limited broadcast of the Masters tournament in 3D for 2 hours per day in selected markets.
 
Verizon Fios TV has also provided several 3D broadcasts including Basebal and just recently NFL Football between the New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens. This was a full in house Fios 3D Production
DirecTV has announced plans to broadcast multiple 3D channels.* ESPN has also announced the intention of broadcasting sporting events in 3D before the end of 2010.** For details of these plans you will need to contact these companies directly.
